Simultaneous references

References to two or more works by different authors in the same parenthetical citation are ordered alphabetically and separated using semicolons. When referring to several works by the same author in the same parenthetical citation, state the authors' surname(s) once and give only the date for subsequent work ordered by year of publication and separated using commas.
