The instructions in this section are valid for references to book chapters. References to chapters in monographs differ from those to chapters in edited books. In monographs the individual chapters have the same author(s) as the book as a whole, and the book is therefore the entity cited in the reference list whereas the chapter is indicated in the in-text reference only (see section Chapters in monographs). The chapters of edited books, on the other hand, are written by different authors and are hence treated as separate entities in the reference list (see section Chapters in edited books).
