If the conference proceeding is treated as a series, e.g. has an ISBN and an editor, the conference proceeding is cited as a chapter in an edited book and you write your reference according to the instructions in this section. 

If a DOI has been assigned to the conference contribution, include this number in the reference. If no DOI has been assigned and the conference contribution was accessed online from a nondatabase website, use the URL of the webpage from which it was retrieved. If the conference contribution was accessed in print or retrieved from an academic database, no URL is included.
