The Southern African Legal Information Institute publishes legal information for free public access which comprises mainly of case law and legislation from South Africa.

The mandate of the Public Protector is to strengthen constitutional democracy by investigating and redressing improper and prejudicial conduct, maladministration and abuse of power in state affairs.

Intellectual Property Law embraces the law relating to patents, trade marks, registered designs, copyright and unlawful competition (passing-off of trade secrets). It also includes litigation, licensing and franchising.

The International Law Library is developed with the assistance of all LIIs whose databases are searchable via WorldLII. The International Law Library includes both the International Treaties Collection and the International Courts and Tribunals Collection.
